• Adults exploring the intersection of anti-racism & decolonization in parenting and SDE
• Adults who run, work in, or volunteer with SDE spaces
• Adults whose children, or their young relatives, attend SDE spaces
Akilah S. Richards is a writer, mama, partner, digital nomad, and unschooling activist. She produces podcasts, books, classes, and articles on radical self-expression in practice and in study. Maleka Diggs is a racial equity and inclusion trainer and founder of Philadelphia-based Eclectic Learning Network; a secular, Black & Brown centered home education network with a focus on supporting families who utilize unschooling or other forms of Self-Directed Education through community, connection, and awarenesses that reflect the cultural and interest-driven needs of our young people.
